The Known World is an open-source fantasy world authored by game designer Brennan Taylor for an out-of-print RPG called The Legend of Yore. As a fiction writer who is currently exploring this universe in depth, I decided to gain a better understanding of its religions by creating a calendar which fuses together the fictional conception of the Year as present in the Known World with the Gregorian reckoning that we use to track time in the real world.

The calendar is geared to start up in 2011! It's already prepped to run through 2025.
